In December 2025, facing the external challenges of fluctuating industry cycles and weak market supply-demand dynamics, Hebei Xinda Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. strengthened dynamic operation scheduling and comprehensively boosted production line efficiency. The iron-making segment maintained its leading position, the steel rolling unit unleashed its full potential, management was refined to the utmost, and costs were reduced significantly. As a result, the company successfully achieved the output and profit targets set by the Chairman.
The Ironmaking Plant achieved the target value in its comprehensive fuel ratio optimization project, and the Energy and Power Plant met the goals for power consumption and nitrogen usage reduction. The cumulative monthly cost reduction reached 54.7546 million yuan, demonstrating the company’s strong resilience to forge ahead against adversity.
To commend all cadres and employees for successfully fulfilling the December production and operation targets, Chairman Wang Songwei decided to distribute a cash reward totaling 2.2016 million yuan. The breakdown includes 1.2165 million yuan for output and efficiency awards, 0.1351 million yuan for research project awards, and 0.85 million yuan for cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement awards.
